I'm Sharon, artist, creator, lifelong animal lover, and the heart behind 39 Paws. Every piece you'll find here begins as more than just a craft project. It begins with a story, a memory, or a moment worth preserving.
Whether I'm transforming a forgotten vintage tray into a family heirloom, creating custom décor that celebrates loved ones, or designing whimsical collections inspired by imagination, my hope is always the same: to create something that brings joy today and becomes a treasured keepsake for years to come.
Why Shop "39 Paws"?
People often smile when they hear the name, and it's one of my favorite stories to tell.
Throughout my life, I've opened my heart and home to animals. In my lifetime I've had 67 pets, not counting my fish or hermit crabs. 😉 Today, my husband and I have 10 fur babies — one of which is a tripod. A few were only supposed to stay temporarily… but if you've ever heard the phrase "rescue fail," you already know how those stories usually end.
One by one, they became family.
39 Paws represents not just the dogs who inspired this business, but the belief that every life matters, every second chance is worth celebrating, and every home is a little brighter when it's filled with love.

More than Handmade
39 Paws was also inspired by someone very special to me—my cousin and best friend, Jodi.
Her life, kindness, creativity, and joyful spirit continue to inspire me every day. The character Sara, who you'll meet through our website and social media, is my tribute to Jodi's beautiful personality.
Cupcake, Sara's adorable little companion, was inspired by Jodi's beloved dog, Mr. Jinx.
Even though they're gone now, in many ways, they have always continued to be part of my journey.
Creating Heirlooms. Telling Stories. Making Memories.
I believe the most meaningful things in our homes aren't always the most expensive.
They're the ones connected to the people we love.
The tray Grandma always used during Christmas.
The ornament that reminds us of a special vacation.
The keepsake that makes us smile every time we walk past it.
Those are the pieces I hope to create.
